Run a timed offer on the login page for a weekend promotion or a seasonal campaign, then change it again on Monday. No reprinting of in-store signage, no waiting on a supplier.
Shopper details, with consent
On Basic + Data Collection, shoppers give name, email and cell number before going online, with POPIA-aware consent captured at that moment. The list is yours to export for your mailer, with an easy unsubscribe.
Visitor numbers and repeat shoppers
Guest Insights shows connections and visitor counts by day, week and month, new versus returning shoppers, your busiest hours, and how long people stay connected. Enough to plan a staff roster around.
Your till network stays separate
Guests are kept off your own network, so the card machine, the stock system and the office PC are not sitting on the shopper WiFi.
Fair use, enforced
Time and bandwidth limits are set per access tier, so one shopper on a long download does not flatten the line for the queue at the counter.
Staff access handled too
Vouchers give staff, contractors and merchandisers their own access without a shared password doing the rounds of the centre. Vouchers are an add-on to the Basic + Data + Guest Insights package.
Cost
Shopper WiFi from R399 per location per month, ex VAT.
Basic gives you the branded portal. Basic + Data Collection at R599 adds the shopper list. Basic + Data + Guest Insights at R799 adds the visitor and dwell numbers. The internet line is not included: the store supplies its own connection on its own ISP account.

It is a fixed monthly fee with no usage-based costs, and you can cancel on one calendar month's written notice. Hardware is bought once, separately: a router, set up and branded, is from R1,549 once-off, ex VAT, and bigger stores and centres are quoted per site. We supply, set up and look after the equipment, and support runs Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 SAST.

What is shopper WiFi?
Free WiFi for the people in your store, behind a branded login page you control. Shoppers accept your terms, and on the higher packages give their details with consent, before going online. You decide what the page shows and how long a session lasts.
How much does retail WiFi cost?
R399, R599 or R799 per location per month, ex VAT, depending on the package. Each package covers 1 WiFi device managed; each extra router or access point is +R50 a month on Basic, +R100 a month on Basic + Data Collection and +R150 a month on Basic + Data + Guest Insights. The router, set up and branded, costs from R1,549 once-off, ex VAT. The internet line is not included.
Who pays for the internet line?
The store does. You supply and pay for your own connection, fibre, LTE or whatever you already run, on your own ISP account, and no package includes it. On site we need a free network port, a power socket and a spot with good signal to shoppers.
Does the shopper WiFi touch our till or card machine?
No. Shoppers are kept on their own network, separate from the one your business runs on, so the till, the card machine, the stock system and the office PC are not on the shopper WiFi.
Do we get the shopper details?
Yes, from the Basic + Data Collection package. Shoppers enter their name, email and cell number before going online, POPIA consent is captured at that moment, and the list is yours to export and use.
